Napa Valley Unified School District

During the 2023–2024 school year we completed our strategic visioning work with Napa Valley Unified School District and their community. Long Beach Unified School District

During the 2022–2023 school year we worked with Long Beach Unified School District (LBUSD) and their community to create their long-term vision, and accompanying strategic plan.

San Diego County Office of Education

Since 2020 we have been working with the San Diego County Office of Education, training staff in the Prospect Studio strategic visioning process. In partnership we have worked with:

Santa Clara Unified School District

During the 2019/20 school year, we worked with Santa Clara Unified School District (SCUSD) and their community to develop their long-term Vision 2035. We were happy to partner with SCUSD again—this time with a cross-district team—to develop the five-year strategic plan that will initiate the implementation of that vision. We currently work with the Santa Clara team to develop specific strategic plan programs.

Portland Public Schools

At the end of the school year 2019 we wrapped up a year-long, community engagement and vision project for Portland Public Schools (PPS). We’re proud to showcase the final vision and to see PPS engaged in making their vision a reality. In the summer of 2021, we helped them to finalize their four-year strategic plan, Forward Together.

Putnam BOCES

As an intermediary organization offering professional development for surrounding districts we have worked with Putnam BOCES to introduce strategic foresight, innovation practice, and design thinking to BOCES staff and district leaders.

Byram Hills School District

With Byram Hills School District we have been focused on supporting established and emerging leaders with leadership coaching. We have also conducted leadership retreats for district office and site based leaders to collaborate on plans for the future, using strategic foresight, human centered design, and prototyping.

N Square

We have worked with N Square to provide research consultancy concerning the needs of people working in the field of mitigating nuclear threat. We have also co-developed tools to support cross-disciplinary knowledge sharing amongst the diverse groups that N Square has brought together to reinvigorate the work around nuclear threat.

Metal and Match

Metal and Match operate at the nexus of good food, sustainability, community and creativity. We have worked with them to design and facilitate annual retreats, helping to chart their path forward.
